Kenton County Airport Board Selects DCG For IT Master Plan

Derek Consulting Group has been selected by Kenton County Airport Board (KCAB) to complete an assessment of information technology capabilities and opportunities and prepare a comprehensive IT Master Plan (ITMP).
Kenton County Airport Board operates Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky Airport (CVG). The Airport is a Delta hub and also serves as DHL Express Inc.’s U.S. international sorting hub.
Goals and priorities of the assessment and resultant Master Plan are intended to:
- Confirm current airport IT infrastructure capabilities and capacities
- Assess IT-related commercial agreements for revenue opportunities
- Define priorities to strengthen CVG's backbone infrastructure in support of campus WiFi and DAS initiatives
- Position the airport for common use options, where appropriate
- Develop application strategies for an enterprise asset management program initiative
